Banff Centre - Lloyd Hall Building

The renovation of the Lloyd Hall residential building at the centre of the Banff Centre campus included extensive renovations inside and out. A total of 217 guest rooms were completely transformed including new bathrooms and windows, all new finishes, lighting and furniture. All supporting corridors, lobbies and lounge areas were also fully renovated in classic mountain style. The exterior of the building was also changed significantly updated including a new front desk/entry pavilion, all new architectural cladding, entries and lighting. Building systems were also full upgraded including boilers, automatic sprinkler systems, HVAC, electrical distribution and communications through-out.
