Glencoe Club Expansion

This exciting project included the construction of a four level building on the west side of the existing building. The first two levels consist of underground parking, one floor of multi-use spaces including change rooms, and a climbing wall, and one floor of fitness area. The Expansion also involved significant renovation plus a separate 2 story world class squash facility. The building was designed to be fully integrated with the existing club. TPM was brought on board after the Owner had chosen the Architect and the DP was approved. We advanced the Project, engaging the Construction Manager, Stuart Olson to complete the construction on a very tight site. All requiring a phased approach to ensure little disruption to the membership who were expecting full use of the facility throughout the renovation.
