The Delta Hotel Downtown Saskatoon Conversion

This hotel conversion project (Radisson to Delta) was delivered in partnership with JLL Canada on behalf of Vancouver based Silverbirch Hotels & Resorts. The project scope included complete renovation of all 290 guestrooms, suites and corridors in a 19-story tower in downtown Saskatoon. Lower level improvements included a new fitness centre, upgraded and new F & B outlets (restaurant, lounge, café, pantry and sundry shop) and lobby/front desk renovations. The exterior of this mixed-use complex was also updated with new lighting, signage and main entry area finishes. The project was delivered as a phased renovation with the property open for business for the majority of the time.
