TPM worked with Ownership to fit out this 33 story, 390 guest room and conference facility. Procuring the FFE packages including major components of the building infrastructure. The project consists of 390 guest rooms, 3 common area floor areas plus back the of house. TPM have been working with the ownership as "acting hotelier" to facilitate, procure and implement the FFE component of work during construction phase, ultimately to provide a fully functioning hotel ready for the hotel operations team. Completion expected 2019.
