With a site area of 6.97 acres, the subject property will be used to house an inventory of several hundred vehicles, primarily for sale but also a limited number of service vehicles which will be stored behind the building. In terms of the building itself, the proposed facility will have three levels and a total floor area of 5,490 square metres (59,055 square feet). The south portion of the building will house a vehicle showroom on the main level, with office and ancillary functions in the lower level below, and the second floor above this. The design features a service drive in the middle of the building that will allow for customers to drop off their vehicle for light service work. The northernmost component of the building is designed to house 'quick lube' style service facing the highway, with additional service bays internal to the building that will be used for detailing and more light vehicle servicing.
