The Mount Temple Wing addition scope included managing all design and engineering consultants, directing support and inspection consultants, overseeing the construction and build teams, managing project schedules and budgets and extensive co-ordination with the client's operational, design, legal and construction departments both locally and at corporate offices. This project was constructed within an environmentally sensitive where site services, energy resources, water resources and surface drainage were monitored closely both locally and federally. The project scope included 85 guest rooms and suites, 1215 m2 of meeting and ballroom space, a 150 seat restaurant and extensive gathering and pre-function space including the "heritage hall" area.
