RGO's new facility one classy space

Ross Glen launched RGO more than 45 years ago. He is proud it remains a family-run business with his daughter, Cathy Orr, as vice-president corporate initiatives and window coverings and her husband Dave serving in the role of vice-president office environments.

Today, RGO is one of the largest sources of office furniture and workspace expertise in Western Canada, operating out of its vast building on 2nd Avenue at 33rd Street N.E., just off Memorial Drive.

For many years the 180,000 square feet that RGO occupies looked rather cavernous; a space where 175 employees carried out their various duties with its diverse products and services behind a showroom area.

Cathy says the company knew it was time for change and the whole building has been redesigned into what is now a classy showroom where staff perform in the kind of office environment any of RGO’s visitors could see themselves working in.
