ATCO Electric

Grande Prairie Regional Service Centre
Grande Prairie, AB

ATCO Electric constructed a new Regional Service Centre to better serve the needs of a growing Grande Prairie population and the north-western Alberta market. This 16,400m2 facility on a 16.06 acre site incorporates sustainable features wherever possible to reduce the facility's environmental footprint.

"TPM quickly became involved with our development group of architects, planners and lawyers, improving communication, synchronizing tasks and moving the project along . . . With TPM's overall detailed knowledge of our project they have been invaluable in contributing to funding proposals and presentations and ultimately our successful DP application."

- Calgary John Howard Society

"I would strongly recommend TPM for work of this nature and would not hesitate to re-engage them if additional construction activities were to be undertaken by The Banff Centre in the future..."

- The Banff Centre

"I worked closely with TPM in ensuring that the development of the new Library and Archives facility was aligned with the requirements and goals of the department. Throughout the duration of the project, TPM demonstrated a professional manner, was responsive to our needs, and kept us well informed of the progress of the project at all material times. I would be pleased to work with TPM again in the future, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services."

- The Banff Centre

"TPM have managed our two projects in a professional manner and with a particular focus on enhancing the design review process to maximize completed value . . . [their] design and construction expertise, attention to detail and connections with consultants and vendors have been a great asset to our combined projects."
